How long does a property management search take?
It depends on the role and how tight the comp is against the local market. We scope a realistic timeline with you at intake rather than quoting a number before we understand the seat.
Do you screen for Yardi, Entrata, and RealPage experience?
Yes. Software fluency is one of the first things we verify, because a manager who has only run Yardi will lose time on an Entrata site, and that shows up in month-end.
Can you cover maintenance techs as well as office staff?
Yes, and it is where our existing bench transfers most directly. We have screened EPA 608, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing technicians for industrial clients for decades, and the certifications are the same on a property.
Do you screen for Fair Housing and compliance knowledge?
Yes. Fair Housing, FCRA screening practice, and where relevant LIHTC and Section 8 file compliance are part of the screen for any role that touches an application or a resident file.
What area do you cover?
